His experience includes work on AIR 8000 Phase 2, LAND 8140, SEA 1179 Phase 1, JP9101 and Defence’s Public Private Partnership policy suite.

  • AIR 8000 Phase 2

    Led the procurement team advising on the C-27J battlefield airlifter acquisition — request-for-tender, offer definition, negotiation and implementation, including negotiations with the aircraft OEM on simulators, avionics upgrades and certification.

  • LAND 17 Phase 2

    Lead commercial and procurement advisor for the Digital Terminal Control System acquisition. Designed the technology-refresh contract suite and led negotiations with the successful tenderer.

  • LAND 8140

    Lead advisor across deployable force infrastructure tranches, including a complex contract-change structure enabling staged acquisition work orders.

  • Land Systems commodity reform

    Drafted the fourth-party logistics contractual framework and led negotiation of intellectual property, liability and warranty positions. Authored Defence’s Public Private Partnership policy suite.
